Marc D. Goldberg, J.D., CBM, SPHR, President and Consulting Principal, has over 25 years of corporate experience,

including 10 years at the senior management and executive levels of General Electric, Contel Corporation, Executone, Inc. and Mobile Telecommunication Technologies (Mtel). He has over 15 years consulting experience. Corporate positions have been in large and small manufacturing, sales, service, distribution, R&D and engineering organizations. Marc was a member of the board of directors and chairman of the compensation committee of a publicly-traded, international, consumer

electronics and music company. He serves as a financial services arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulatory

Authority (FINRA) and works to improve accountability in the nonprofit sector as an Executive

Volunteer with Nonprofits First.
