- Hiring for Attitude ”SM” integrates with your current selection tools to help determine whether a candidate will be a fit in your work environment based on their attitude about the workplace and workplace processes. 

- Reality Audits ”SM” help the employer learn what really goes on, how policies and practices are communicated and actually implemented, and how employees, supervisors and managers react and are affected.
